Focused team. Full attention.

The name

Elia — the olive tree

The name Elia means olive tree in Greek. The olive tree has long been a symbol of peace, endurance, and quiet strength. Those are the qualities we want our work — and the homes we help finish — to carry.

Construction can feel chaotic. Our goal is the opposite: calm, clear process and work that leaves a space feeling settled and complete.

How we operate

Direct and accountable

As a focused local team and subcontractor we keep the chain short. You speak with us, we understand the scope, and we execute it. No large crews rushing past, no layers of management. This allows us to maintain high standards on the details that matter most in finishing work.

We take on projects that fit our approach well — quality finishing, fences, gates, small decks and patios, structural work when needed, and practical services like gutter cleaning.
